Delivery, Payment & Order Terms

We work with Yandex, Bolt, and Wolt courier services — we choose the best option for your address and time.

The delivery fee is calculated automatically when you place your order (from 5 to 45 ₾ depending on the district).

If the system cannot match the address or it is outside the city — you pay for the bouquet on the website only, and a manager will contact you between 12:00 and 23:00 to agree on the fee and send a payment link for the balance.

Important: couriers do not accept cash — online payment only. Please make sure the recipient is available at the chosen time: the courier waits no more than 10 minutes from arrival — even if contact with the recipient or sender was made. If the order is not handed over, it returns to the shop. Next steps and how refunds are calculated — in our public offer.

Pickup is available by prior order only. We will prepare the bouquet for your arrival at: 83 David Agmashenebeli Ave., Tbilisi.

When placing your order, select "Pickup" and choose date and time.

When you arrive, message us on WhatsApp, Telegram, or Instagram — we will prepare and hand over the bouquet.

Payment is online only. Contact details — on our Contacts page.

100% prepayment for all orders. We accept cashless payment only: bank cards (Visa/Mastercard), Apple Pay, and Google Pay — through the website.

If payment fails, the order is not assembled and is automatically cancelled after 48 hours.

For customers in Russia: you can place an order on the website, but the payment method is arranged separately with a manager — work starts only after payment is confirmed.

If you want to change something — contact us before assembly starts; that is the quickest option.

To add items (extra flowers, a gift) — we will arrange it with a manager, and you pay the balance via a link.

If the variety you need is unavailable — we always agree on a substitute. If the alternative does not suit you and assembly has not started — we issue a full refund.
