Frequently Asked Questions
A short guide to delivery, pickup, payment, flowers, and custom orders at Budbe Flowers in Tbilisi. For delivery zones and payment — Delivery & Payment; full cancellation and refund terms — in the public offer.
Do you really not use lilies? What about allergies and pets?
Yes: we deliberately do not use lilies — they are a strong allergen and toxic to animals. That does not mean every bouquet in the catalog is automatically “allergy-safe”: arrangements may include other flowers. If you need a bouquet assembled with allergies or pets in mind, tell us when ordering — we will advise and put together a composition specifically with allergy safety in mind (that goes beyond simply “no lilies”).
How is “no lilies” different from an allergy-safe bouquet?
“No lilies” is a rule for the entire Budbe Flowers catalog — we never use lilies in any bouquet. An allergy-safe assembly is a separate service on request: we take your restrictions into account and choose the composition, but it is not a standard catalog item. If allergies matter, tell us when ordering or message us on WhatsApp.
Is a bouquet safer for cats and dogs?
We do not use lilies — they are especially dangerous for cats. Other flowers in the catalog may affect pets differently, so we do not promise “safe for every pet.” If you have a cat or dog at home, tell us when ordering — we will advise and suggest a more suitable composition.
Where do your flowers come from?
We work with supplies from different countries and select every batch for freshness and quality. The Netherlands is a priority for quality and assortment, but not for purchase volume: affordable Dutch flowers are limited at suppliers, so volume is spread across countries according to the season. Regularly and seasonally — Ecuador and Kenya; less often — Armenia and Turkey. From Georgia we take only alstroemeria — for its quality.
Do you have exotic flowers?
Yes — our bouquets include exotic flowers, the kind you rarely find in ordinary flower shops in Tbilisi. What is available depends on the season and supplies; the range is updated regularly. Current arrangements are in the catalog.
Which flowers can I order with delivery in Tbilisi?
At Budbe Flowers, you can order roses, chrysanthemums, alstroemeria, carnations, spray flowers, seasonal and exotic flowers. Availability depends on the season and supplies. Current bouquets — in the catalog.
Can I pick up a bouquet myself?
Yes, by prior order: 83 Agmashenebeli Ave., Tbilisi. When you check out, agree on the date and time; when you arrive, message us on our profile — we will prepare and hand over the bouquet. More on how to reach us and the map — Contacts.
Where do you deliver, and how much does delivery cost?

Do you deliver outside Tbilisi?
Outside the city — only by prior arrangement. Usually you pay for the bouquet on the website, and a manager contacts you to agree on whether delivery is possible and at what cost. More — Delivery & Payment; urgent questions — WhatsApp.
I am ordering from Russia — how do I pay?
